Akaka (D-HI)
Boxer (D-CA), co-sponsor
Durbin (D-IL)
Harkin (D-IA)
Inouye (D-HI) (voted against latest Feingold amendment)
Jeffords (I-VT) (no longer in Senate)
Kennedy (D-MA)
Lautenberg (D-NJ)
Leahy (D-VT), co-sponsor
Menendez (D-NJ)
Wyden (D-OR)

Yes on Feingold amendment, December 18, 2007:

Akaka (D-HI)
Boxer (D-CA) Chief Deputy Whip
Durbin (D-IL) Assistant Majority Leader
Harkin (D-IA)
Kennedy (D-MA)
Kerry (D-MA)
Lautenberg (D-NJ)
Leahy (D-VT)
Menendez (D-NJ)
Wyden (D-OR)

(Joined Senate after Kerry-Feingold vote)

Brown (D-OH)
Cardin (D-MD)
Klobuchar (D-MN)
Sanders (I-VT)
Whitehouse (D-RI)

(Voted against Kerry-Feingold)

Byrd (D-WV)
Cantwell (D-WA)
Kohl (D-WI)
Murray (D-WA) Secretary of the Conference
Reid (D-NV) Senate Majority Leader
Rockefeller (D-WV)
Schumer (D-NY) Vice Chair of the Conference and Chairman of Campaign Committee
Stabenow (D-MI) Chair of Steering and Outreach Committee

How is it that so many members of the leadership voted for this amendment to set a deadline while 21 Dems voted against it?

Edited to add links to the roll call votes.

for the tens of thousands of Iraqis killed from the day the Senate rejected the Kerry amendment to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq by July 2007 to the day the Senate rejected the Feingold amendment.

The count is between 30,000 and 40,000 using Pentagon numbers, but it's probably much higher, double that or more.

3. How did the candidates vote?
Let's not go there. Let's hold out hope for the next president.
