Remember the secret energy coommission? The brownouts in Calif.? The Enron connection? The man is evil.

5. I was at my freeper in-laws yesterday and the talk turned to

politics. It started out with my SIL mentioning the 'wonderful' documentary on the History channel re: the Kennedy Assasination and Lee Harvey Oswald's role. I mentioned about Specter's "single bullet theory", the questionable autopsy results, GHWB's immediate letter to either plant info or cover himself. My FIL AND MIL chirped in with stuff about Lyndon Johnson, the Warren Commission and how the records are to be sealed for 75 years. That all led to my FIL making a comment about how we now have a similar problem of an over-reaching VP in Cheney and his ties to Halliburton and oil prices. I was very surprised to hear my FIL blasting Cheney.

It didn't last long, but it was refreshing while it did. I took the opportunity to throw a few other tidbits out there while I thought they were receptive. Like I said - the magic was short lived - they're for Ron Paul or Huckabee, but if Obama or Biden get the nod, they would 'have to strongly consider' them.
