Playboy
I posted about the fraud with a person charging an internet service to our telephone bill. Now we have a problem with charging online Playboy. And I can't find a number to call them about it. They don't have any numbers only a place to put comments about feed back.

In September our bank sent us a letter and said that some accounts might have been compromised with their services in Sweden. But to watch and see if there were unusual charges. Now they say they can't do anything about the charge from Netzero because it was added to our telephone bill and if we wanted to stop Playboy we would have to come in and pay 20 to stop it. WE DIDN'T DO ANY OF THIS AND WE ARE BEING CHARGED. I would certainly like a Playboy phone number if anyone can help. I can't find any anywhere. And there are a lot of posted messages where other people want it also.

5. Are you in Sweden?
Or are the charges coming from Sweden? In the US, Netzero charges would be applied to your credit card. Same goes for a Playboy.com subscription. Now, if you're in Sweden then yes, it's likely you're getting billed via SMS/dialer.

8. Something funky is going on
Neither Playboy.com nor Netzero would be using a billing service from Sweden. I wonder if you guys accidentally fell victim to a bot scheme.

Have you tried a chargeback?

7. pS NetZero
said they could not give us the email address and the telephone number they used. So they charged us without permission, but they are preserving the information on the one doing the fraud.
