Whereas Mouth Breathing, a trait of great significance to Americans," it begins, "is celebrated continually by Mouth Breathers throughout the United States...." It goes on to state, among other things, that "Mouth Breathing is practiced by thirty-three percent of the American population," that "88% American Fundamentalist Christians, bigots and gun toting Red-Necks observe Mouth Breathing, the activity celebrating the leadership of the Republican Party," and that "Mouth Breathing is celebrated as recognition of the Mouth Breather's placation and acceptance of George W. Bush as our mouth breathing leader, chosen by God."
"Now, therefore be it Resolved, that the House of Representative's Mouth Breathing Caucus ... expresses continued support for Mouth Breathing in the United States ... acknowledges and supports the role played by Mouth Breathers in the founding of the United States ... rejects bigotry and persecution directed against Mouth Breathers, both in the United States and worldwide; and expresses its deepest respect to American Mouth Breathers.'"
