Harvard Study: Middle-Aged Americans Who Gain Healthcare Eligibility See Improvement in Health

http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&tab=wn&ned=&q=michael+mcwilliams&ie=UTF-8&scoring=d">Round-up of stories related to Dr. Michael McWilliams, the lead author of the study, who is currently on Bloomberg TV if you get it.

Seems like a no-brainer, but always nice to see a thorougly-researched study bearing out an intuition.

3.  You've got that right.
I wish I had the money to fund a study on studies.

I ignore them all,and have been doing so for many years, but the one you posted is actually humorous, even though it wasn't the intention.

Psssst !!!!! People who shower regularly are cleaner than those who don't shower regularly. I think I learned that fact from a "study".

5. not ridiculous

Even if it seems obvious to you, things like this have to be formally established, or someone will argue it.
