4. Wait a moment, think about how it was done. Suicide bomber, not very target specific
I am not surprised she was killed, but the way it was done points away from an Government lead assignation. A Government would 'disappear' her or put a bullet through her head, but not send a guy out strapped with dynamite and ball bearings.
