After a few minutes of MSNBC I tuned to the BBCWS. Always have during times of important events. Their depth of coverage is far beyond anything available domestically.

4. My Indian husband has me hooked on BBC now.I appreciate the lack of
breathy overexcitement and the fact that they actually try to CONFIRM things before they report them.

Quite a difference from our MSM here.

5. When BBC says "in depth" they mean "in depth".
And, they do something that the American MSM fails to do (or, adds to), they broadcast with the expectation that the audience is intelligent beyond the 3rd grade level of American audiences played to by the MSM.
