Is Pakistan being set up?
Do they have oil or are they on a pipeline route? I have a feeling there is more here than meets the eye. I believe it is possible that Pakistan is being set up and the USA will feel it has a reason to invade and occupy Pakistan on the grounds of WMDs. In this case though the whole world knows there really are WMDs and it is quite frightening to think of them in the hands of real fanatics that really have nothing to lose and everything to gain..The only reason I would even think of such a thing is my belief that we are being governed by lunatics.

1. Pakistan doesn't need to be set up.
It has been a powder keg for some time now. I've been wondering when it was going to blow. I would wager that US policy has been tied to Mushhead mainly in the hopes that a military dictator could keep the lid on it. If it blows up now, there in no telling what comes next, the wheels are going to come off US foreign policy in the Middle East.

2. And just what do we have left to invade anybody with?
I think even the Pentagon is about ready to mutiny if Doofus and the Dick try to get us in another war.

Now, India might be persuaded to do the job since they had to be restrained from attacking Pakistan a few years ago because of Pakistani supported terrorism in India and border clashes in Kashmir. India would love an excuse to take out Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. With the kind of technical assistance the US is now giving Turkey, supplied to the Indians, we could have a very interesting situation.

3. the population size of the country
makes it impossible for the US the occupy it. Still I think it is a set up. Northern Pakistan is a terrorist training ground. I feel Bush wants that region to remain destablized. Without the fear mongering his party has nothing to run on. You can tell Bush has no desire for peace in the middle east and an end to terrorism, because he pays it so much lip service. To him war is great business.

4. Well we have this, it is being considered to protect Pakistan's nukes.
I swear Bu$h has the middle east ablaze, and has no idea how to put it out. The Guardian has this report, the link is below.

7. Do some reading up on the history of Pakistan
They have ALOT of religious crazies fighting for control of the country and control of the nukes.

I know it is reflex now, but there are many other bad guys in the world and not everything is the Wacko in Waco's fault.
