First I don't get why they're not responding by posting lots of good things she has done. If they really support her you'd think they would be doing that.

Second I don't get why they think we all were somehow sour on her from the beginning. I for one WANTED her to be successful and had no preconceptions about her.

Third I don't get why they seem to think we should all be lockstep like Repugs. Yes, it would be nice to be united - but ONLY if you're united behind the right ideals and agenda! What's the point lining up like zombies behind someone who is ignoring the wishes of a VERY LARGE majority of her own party?

for all to see. Did the Repugs "build a record" for a year before impeaching Clinton? Hell no. Plus she has made absolutely no move, no statement towards changing her statement that Impeachment is off the table. In fact she is clearly the one thing standing in the way of impeachment. She wants to uncover the corruption? She could start with impeachment hearings which would prevent the constant "executive privilege" claim.

I'd put you on "ignore" too but I don't have anyone on ignore. Unlike you, I actually listen to people with opposing viewpoints instead of only dittoheads like followers of a certain radio personality.

It's not that I'm a Pelosi supporter. I think there's more she could do. However, I recognize that her hands are tied by circumstances.

What I am really doing, and what I have been doing, is trying to answer the idiots who claim she is the one responsible for everything, that call her a criminal bitch, that claim she is complicit in every thing that has ever happened, just because she hasn't done exactly what they wanted her to do at their whim. I'm doing that because this is supposed to be a discussion board, not Romper Room. The things that get thrown around here are childish and destructive. People here actually claim that they will make progressive policies come about by attacking progressives. All that could possibly come of the rants thrown around in GD is more Republican power. and there's way too many people here that take any disagreement with what they say as complete agreement with Free Republic. Any kind of discussion about what is going on that strays from the "me too" standard response is far too often met with accusations of being a freeper. There's a lot more lockstep going on on the side of the anti-Pelosi crowd.
