Hillary: Bill won't sit in on NSC meetings
Clinton said husband Bill will not be invited to NSC briefings.

WASHINGTON (CNN) – He may be a former president, but Democrat Hillary Clinton says husband Bill won't take part in sensitive national security briefings if she wins the White House.

In an interview with ABC News set to air Sunday, the New York Democrat says her husband will assume the traditional responsibilities of the president's spouse, and it "wouldn't be appropriate" for him to sit in on National Security Council meetings.

"I think he would play the role that spouses have always played for presidents," she said in the interview, according to ABCNews.com. "He will not have a formal, official role, but just as presidents rely on wives, husbands, fathers, friends of long years, he will be my close confidante and adviser as I was with him."

Sensible, Ms. Clinton, but you need to take it one step further and deny access to NSC material to former Presidents. The only one to take advantage of this privilege has been, you guessed it, George H. W. Bush. If memory serves me correctly, he, scumbag Bush that he is, serves on the Board of Directors of the Carlyle Group. Bet you a fat man to a skinny mule that some of that sensitive information has been used to that brethern of thieves and murderers advantage.

That and do you want his moron, brain-dead, waste-of-a-zygote son to have access to that information after he is tossed out of the White House.

15. As the Husband of Mary Todd Lincoln Once Said...
"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time."

10. Why would it mean that? And why would you even think that she would have?
It's "inappropriate", as she said. It was then, it is now, and it would be in her presidency, if she wins.

The question itself is ignorant in the extreme.

8. That really cuts both ways, doesn't it.
I can't believe how much she draws upon being First Lady as political experience. She's really pushing it. And how she gave Bill advice which he didn't follow and it turned out to be right. So obviously she knew details of what was going on. And just how is she going to keep him from nosing in? Line up a bunch of 24 year olds to keep him occupied all day?

13. Of course he won't.
Why would President Edwards even ask him to? He'll just blab to his good buddy 41.

14. I think Bill would have a good time hanging out with the ladies picking out china
Yup, A very good time indeed.

The amusement factor of Bill Clinton back in the White House is almost enough to make me vote for Hillary, almost.
