State of Emergency Declared in Kenya

This is per my Kenyan source (these are people, not a news outlet)...

Some other things that are going on but not being reported widely:

Odinga (the opposition leader) will have himself sworn-in as President in Uhuru park today. Remember, Kibaki (the current president has already been declared the winner and been sworn-in). There is an ongoing risk of violence and instability because of this.

Things are NOT looking good at the moment in Nairobi.

3. Thanks, last I had read it was in "Unofficial Emergency State"
Odinga protesting on Thursday expected to draw millions. Things are falling apart fast.
