O.K. if you really want to talk about the horse race you can tell us if you think the Iowa results will cause any of the "second tier" candidates to drop out, or will they wait until after there second poor showing in New Hampshire, but after that PLEASE listen to the author interview with Investigative Reporter David Cay Johnston, author of the new book
"Free Lunch: How the Wealthiest Americans Enrich Themselves at Government Expense (and Stick You With the Bill)"I've listened to this interview 2 1/2 times and I'm still amazed at the stuff this guy figured out.
Basically, what you've heard about that since Reagan was elected, the Rich have been getting richer, the middle class has stagnated and the Poor have been growing in number, is all thanks to Federal Laws and subsidies that have been passed since then, NOT "free-market Capitalism."
Oh, and one of my favorites, George W. "tax cut" Bush didn't make his millions by succeeding in business, his Millions came from a Sales Tax INCREASE (which helped pay for a new Baseball Stadium for his Texas Rangers) and a fairly clear case of Tax evasion (to the tune of more than 3 Million Dollars!).
That and much more at the link below:

Fresh Air from WHYY, January 3, 2008 · Investigative reporter David Cay Johnston
explores in his new book how in recent years, government subsidies and new
regulations have quietly funneled money from the poor and the middle
class to the rich and politically connected.
Cay Johnston covers tax policy for The New York Times, where he won
a Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on that beat. His previous book,
Perfectly Legal: The Covert Campaign to Rig Our Tax System to Benefit
the Super Rich — and Cheat Everybody Else, was a best seller.
The new book, which expands the inquiry beyond tax policy into a whole
range of regulatory machinery, is titled Free Lunch: How the Wealthiest
Americans Enrich Themselves at Government Expense (and Stick You With the Bill).
