if the print and broadcast media would stop adding to, or subtracting from,
the she said, he said, war currently going on as per the media's report; if the media would simply let her words, his words, stand. people might really get a grasp of who said what to whom. if the media would stop inserting itself in the middle of a battle ground, triangling her words, or his words, taking this side or that side, adding to her words, or his words ... people could see clearly and have a more rational approach to deciding who they will vote for.

if the media only were not owned by large corporations which are owned by poppy bush, his Carlyle group, and by their own greed which fills their pockets with gold as evidenced by charles gibson's idea that two professors out in new hampshire making $250,000.00 were middle class professors, when in fact, those very same professors that he alluded to seemed to have considered $250,000.00 a year professorship tenures quite, quite elite and high class.

if only for once the media could report facts, not take sides, not look after its own interest.
if only the media could, for once, favor the nation's interest and look out after its people.

if only ...
