Endgame: here's the document
Homeland Security is indeed preparing to round up every "alien" for deportation under Immigration and Customs law and the Alien and Sedition Act, which I believe was expanded by the Military Commissions Act of 2006. My question is, in light of the Padilla case (US citizens can be enemy combatants)--and looking forward with concern at the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act--who will be the object of this project, dated in the government documents 2003-2012. Is this project slated to begin in 2012? Is it ending in 2012?

What will a mass program of incarcerating millions of 'aliens' (and seditionists?) look like on our streets? Will they come in the middle of the night? In the daylight? With tasers? Will their be incentives for the "non-alien" and "non-seditious" to turn in our neighbors? Is this already happening? Is it about to happen?

1. Doesn't this remind you of Oliver North's planning to turn inner-cities into concentration camps
in the case of a national emergency? The fact that that plan involved FEMA wasn't lost on me as I watched black residents of New Orleans suffer - FEMA was set up to contain them, not help them.

2. they're paying Haliburton billions to build camps right here in the US
and you know damn well who they plan to put in those camps: anyone who doesn't buy into the status quo police state BS.

4. Isn't this detention part of the
Military Commissions Act that was passed in October 2006? Seems like your statement was part of my letter to the editor about this.
