After seeing Don Siegelman why would Eliot Spitzer tempt fate?
Since our spineless Dems haven't taken on Bush re: wiretapping and the attorney scandals, shouldn't they know Bush is out to get us and these stupid scandals will be used against us and they shouldn't be gratuitously stupid?

It makes Spitzer's bone-headed move even more idiotic.

I was going to comment that he wasnt thinking with his head. But you wrote 'bone-headed', so maybe that still applies.

3. Entitlement
Anybody as wealthy and powerful as Spitzer is feels entitled to things like high priced whores.

The rich and powerful generally don't fall prey to the same legal system they set up to keep us in line.

why wouldn't our dem leadership and superdelegates (as party seniors) take a stand enmass. That's the question.
