4. I complained to MSNBC about him earlier this afternoon.

In the segment I saw, he refused to shut his mouth. He made his point, and almost as soon as the Democrat started speaking, he started talking over him. Despite an objection from the Democrat and numerous requests by Contessa Brewer to allow the Democrat to speak, Joe just kept going, all with a big grin on his face. :puke:
