In it's "Conspiracy Files" series, the BBC carefully examines and, point-by-point, refutes the Hutton report. Their final conclusion: Dr. David Kelly did not commit suicide. He was murdered.

1. Wrong - they do not conclude he was murdered

It would seem you didn't bother watching it to the end. The 'conclusion', as in the final evidence presented, is that the lethal dose of coproxamol varies widely, the dose Kelly is thought to have taken has been fatal for some people, that his heart condition and the cut to his wrist might have made this more likely for him, and that he was showing signs that he felt he had lost control of his life, and would be found to have lied (about talking to Susan Watts) to the parliamentary committee. There is thus good evidence to back up the generally held belief (held also by his wife) that he committed suicide.
