but I was looking for a recent article or something that states this...a right winger blowhard is trying to tell me that she didn't and the case is still ongoing...so I was looking for some proof...something more recent...

3. CACI recently got the OK from the bankruptcy court to appeal previous court decision.

CACI's suit was thrown out of court but they can appeal the decision and are doing so.
