3. This thing about building 18 has made me very sad and angry.

It's as shocking and sad as the Abu Ghraib story, IMHO. Mistreating defenseless people is about as low down as it gets! Who knows how the people who tried to speak out about this, over all these months, were punished, or gotten even with? Thinking about what bad things might have happened to these wounded kids, is hard to take! It all boils down to, you just can't trust team BushCo to do anything right, that our tax dollars are paying for. I know how mean the military treats people who, "don't get with the program." People who speak out in their own defense over the injustice and neglect they suffer while in the military, are treated like shit by the higher ups...that is the reality of their situation. These soldiers may have volunteered, but they couldn't have known what to really expect.

I can't go to sleep at night for hours, on a lot of nights, just thinking of the evil things Bush and his cronies have done to other human beings, in this country and around the world, IN OUR NAME. I feel guilty because my tax dollars make Bush's many crimes and misdeeds possible. I am sad and sickened by these monsters in power now and I'm for once in my lifetime, truly ashamed to be an American citizen...God help us all!
