Dave has read Woodruff's book and is clearly in awe of the guy and his whole ordeal.

to opine on the general clusterfuck...not that I can blame him. It's good that he recovered in any case.

5. Yep. Not that I would begrudge him one second of the care he got,

it's just a damn shame all the injured troops don't seem to be equal beneficiaries. And of course there are our classmates who came back from Viet Nam in far worse condition. :-(

I have so much admiration and love for him and his family. I can't tell you How Much they touched my heart. I am totally in awe at seeing him well and knowing he is OK!! It is so wonderful, what love and caring can do! :grouphug: :loveya: :loveya:
