I just heard the Fool say that on Countdown.

Talking about New Orleans.

If I typed what I am thinking I would probably be arrested.

2. It's Hard For Me To See Too And I Don't Live Anywhere Close
by. Someone should tell these idiots that when progress is that hard to see the likelihood is that it is because it is non-existent.

3. This is a typical bushism. Don't notice the obvious.
Don't believe what you are seeing. Up is down. Down is up. Black is white. Wrong is right. It's all so very simple. Night is day and day is night.

4. Damn selfish people not looking at the bigger picture
I don't know what the bigger picture is...but Bush is claiming, albeit in his own way, that there is a bigger picture

maybe it's a contract for a crony
maybe it's FEMA money diverted elsewhere
maybe it's a long term, bigger picture plan of discouraging the native residents by helping them as little as possible, in hopes they leave again and others don't come back

I don't know

but I do know that was Bush's way of saying something he likes is happening to New Orleans, whether it helps the people of New Orleans or not....someone, somewhere, is benefiting from this "progress".
