2. know what you mean about hurting

I have fibra myalgia and when it does a Major Flare-up (like this past week) I'm walk around the house like quasi-moto looking for sanctuary

I have some big-time la-la's but don't like to take them because the next day I'm good for crap from the 'hangover'

at the moment I have 3 "heat patches" on different spots of my back/shoulders... wish they made one that was just a 't-shirt' size/shape or a full body wrap

With the meds its kind of which is worst the bark or the bite. I was on morphine for a while and that truly sucked so I can appreciate what you're saying about them too
