Had a pretty somber reminder of things on the way to work today

So I was going up the I-5 between Tacoma and Seattle. Almost the entire way up till I got to the 405 (about 20 miles), I passed convoy after convoy of various Army transports (duce n halfs, 5-tons, gas haulers, humvees of all sorts and various other trucks) heading out from Ft. Lewis no doubt. Was the first time, I've seen an "armored hummer" up close too (big difference from when I was in that's for sure). But yeah, was a pretty solemn drive, the light drizzle of rain even added to it.

All the way up in my mind one phrase that kept repeating itself was, "god damn you Geroge W. Bush."
