If you get their call, please be understanding - they are really fighting hard against realities imposed on them these past six years. And they know full well what is coming.

And they are really putting up a valiant fight against the reality.

2. They're good-hearted people.

A woman my wife works with has twin 5 year old sons. One contracted cancer. She went to the bank to open up an account for donations to help with the medical bills. Both parents work for a child protection agency, and don't make very much money.

As she was opening the account, the man behind her said he could get his AMVETS chapter to hold a fundraiser for them. Then 3 chapters held dinners. They supplied the food, and everything but the drinks, and all the funds went for the child.

They didn't even know the family. I've been meaning to go over there and join.
