On March 17, 2007, the 4th anniversary of the start of the criminal invasion of Iraq, tens of thousands of people from around the country will descend on the Pentagon in a mass demonstration to demand: U.S. Out of Iraq Now! 2007 is the 40th anniversary of the historic 1967 anti-war march to the Pentagon during the Vietnam War. The message of the 1967 march was "From Protest to Resistance," and marked a turning point in the development of a countrywide mass movement.

Hundreds of people from Philadelphia and Delaware County, PA, will gather with signs and banners at major intersections along the entire length of Baltimore Pike in Delaware County from the Philadelphia/Delaware County line, to Chadds Ford. We are asking folks to come out for 1 1/2 hours (or longer, if you want), to send a clear message of conviction: BRING THE TROOPS HOME NOW. After the local vigils, some will gather at 2:30 at the Peace Center of Delaware County, 1001 Old Sproul Road, in Springfield, Delaware County, for refreshments & reflection.
