5. Here's something about former Senator Edwards you won't hear about on Fox

Please allow me to post another "Washington insider" story. This was told to me by someone who works on the Hill.

On September 11th, when Members of Congress and their staffs were being evacuated from their respective offices, there was one Senator who refused to go to the secret location with his fellow members: John Edwards. Instead of boarding a bus and leaving town, he chose to go home and be with his wife and children.

Yep, that's right: While The Village Idiot was hiding in an undisclosed location, and Ann Coulter was (no doubt) in the throws of histrionics and attempting to save her own ass, the "faggot" did the honorable thing, and went home to his wife and family (that much-ballyhooed residence on 30th Street, N.W., in Georgetown).

I've only recounted this anecdote to a handful of people, and they were from North Carolina, to show them what a decent man they let go. I'm relating it now because I'm sick to death of the right wing's juvenile and totally deceitful smearing of a good man these past few days.

So, to Ann Coulter and her devoted minions: You may now feel free to shut the hell up. You haven't evolved to John Edwards' level of respectability, integrity and character.

It is not my intention to embarrass or draw undue attention to the Senator and his family for his unselfish act.

However, I will not sit idly by and allow a self-serving, dishonest, publicity-seeking bitch like Ann Coulter, in a childish attempt to grab the spotlight, defame and slander a decent man.

As I stated in my previous post, this story has only been told to a handful of people in North Carolina, and only because I wanted them to know something of the Senator's character (and what they lost by electing Richard Burr to fill his seat ;) ).
