If We Condemn Executions in Iraq can we also condemn them in Texas?

I just saw on CNN where US is condemning the executions taking place in Iraq. Since we started it all I find this kind of odd.

But can we please condemn the executions in this country. Texas seems to be the worst but other states are pretty bad, too.

Can't we just condemn executions period? I would vote for it.

and has given the chance to defend against his accusations then how is that the same as summary executions?
