Lindsey Graham: Manic Attack!!!
In 50 years of watching political programs, I've never seen a performance like his today on MTP. He used about 6000 words with perhaps three periods and five commas.

1. Lindsey Graham: "English is my second language. I have no first."
This guy is a lawyer, and he simply cannot speak English. I'm not talking about his pleasant Southern accent. He slaughters the language constantly. I guess he finds it impossible to drop his bubbaspeak even on television.

And, oh, he's a shrill, uninformed rightwing Bushasskissing ideologue.

5. Indeed. Even if he has no respect for Democrats, ...
... he should at least pretend to be functionally literate.

17. He is one hateful bastard...
and he pretends to smile while he is calling for more war. If anyone looks at his past performance on c-span.org this week while they were discussing Iraq, you could tell he was seething in between sips of water as he tried to make the generals and others who they were interviewing say it was better to stay in Iraq...

8. What was great was watching him try to coax McConnell or whomever...
last week to answer the loaded questions he was asking the way (pro-Bush policy) he wanted them answered. But he got quite a few answers he didn't want to hear, and the blank "deer-in-headlights" expression on his face was priceless.

11. "Saddam believed he had weapons of mass destruction"
So if we attack leaders with paranoid/schizophrenic delusions, shouldn't we begin at home?

He also said we shouldn't talk to Iran until they acknowledge the Holocaust exists.

So maybe we shouldn't talk to any fundamentalist Christians until they acknowledge that science, and evolution exist.

Bottom Line for a few more years..

No matter the political party affiliation,
not until the last drop of recoverable crude oil
is pillaged from the Middle East,
will our military invasion forces finally withdraw
into an imploding bankrupt U.S. empire homeland.

I sometimes wonder,
the inevitable Middle East question may be:
Once abandoned by the former corporate U.S. empire,
will Fort Israel have enough time
to determine the direction of the prevailing wind
as it launches its last defensive option...?
(The ultimate weapon, all eagerly provided by the U.S.)

16. Republicans are "clock-eaters". They do not allow anyone else to speak
a simple "yes" or "no" will never escape their lips. If a segment is 6 minutes (3 republican/3 democrat), they will do their level best to monopolize as much time as possible, so there will be no time for the other side, and when the other side DOES, speak, they will interrupt as often as possible.

It's how they control the agenda.
