How come ONLY three Republican candidates have denounced Coulters remarks?

Where is Brownback, Huckabee and the rest of them on this? Their silence suggest they are OK with what Coulter said. They need to be asked why they won't denounce her comments and Democrats should be holding them accountable on this!
