Senator Clinton gives rousing speech

and at times one could close their eyes and see Bill Clinton. One of her better speeches and one that will be remembered long after today passes. I am proud that Senator Clinton gave this speech and also said that because of the Voting Rights Act, Senator Obama is able to run for president. She also said that prior to the law that women in Alabama could not even be on a jury and she too benefitted from this law because she too can run for president....One great day for not only Democrats but for all Americans....

3. I watched on C-Span and I started to have deja vu.

She reminded me of Eva Peron if Eva had spoken English. Yes, I am old enough to remember listening to Eva on my dad's shortwave radio when we lived in Chile in the 1940s.

I'm definitely having mixed feelings. Like Eva she said all the right things to appeal to her listeners with power and passion. I now want to know more about the mechanics of how she intends to deliver what she has promised.
