Walter Reed = Katrina Foley?
It seems to me that the Walter Reed scandal (which is hugh, by the way) combines the very elements of the Katrina debacle (unconcern for American citizens, lack of preparation for predictable situation) and the Foley follies (Republican leadership informed long ago but took no action, downplaying, claims to have just heard about it) that reflected so badly on the Republican leadership and led to the decisive Democratic victory in the 2006 election.

What will this one lead to?
