IAP Silent on Walter Reed: Halliburton-Linked Contractor's "Newsroom" Offers No Plan

The contract win was announced, though: http://www.iapws.com/Newsroom/Newsroom_details.aspx?id=31

In fact, if you look at the "Newsroom Archive," it's a veritable rah-rah-sis-boom-bah cheering section of uninterrupted good news: http://www.iapws.com/Newsroom/Newsroom_archive.aspx

You'd think that PR 101 would dictate that they at least issue a statement expressing their full intent to come up to speed quickly, and remediate the conditions that have been identified.
