3. They're currently in legal debates...
last I heard, Coulter's lawyer demanded to discuss the matter in person or by telephone, while Arthur Anderson, the unfortunately named Palm Beach County Election Superviser, said that any discussion of the case had to be put in writing. Like any case in which the defense can afford high-priced attorneys, it could go on for a while.
