I have to really look and wonder what the hell !

I can't watch CSPAN a second longer . The entire house who does nothing other than allow this country to continues to go right down the drain while they sit there is luxury as actors for the camera , the new 21st century american idol as it appears to me. After their day is done they go to parties and bars and all become one group of long term club friends and the joke is on us. A one party system which we seem to ignore.

I say pull up the expensive carpet and give them FEMA trailers to reside in. Give them the same none existent over priced health care most of the people who pay their wages get if lucky , they are not stars who deserve admiration.

The world is one big stage and everyone is an actor , well this they are.

I have to wonder what happens to the people who have watched their homes float away or towns torn apart by tornado's , no one talks about this anymore , it's in the news fed by fake smiles and abominations of hair styles and all have the same voice coach then the next day all vanishes from the sights and sounds and we are carted off onto the next thing .

Here in Calif we were told we are officially in a drought , well no shit , it's only been 4 years with barely a drop of rain and we need to be told this?

Something is really wrong here when almost every part of this country has a disaster yet global warming is in question. They relate to one area saying this is the worst they have seen in decades yet they never tie all the disasters together to paint a complete picture and how they all relate to, something is really wrong here.

Then we move on to the vast focus of the elections as if this will be the time of the cure all, yet we somehow seem to avoid the fact that nothing will change unless the people want the change and force the change and I don't see this happening.

If I were to wake up from a 8 year coma and heard terms such as the blogaspere I would have to ask what planet I now live on.

I also have to question why it takes hundreds of millions of dollars to run a campaign.

We stepped into the realm of 24/7 news yet they have nothing to say, it's all theater.

There is all the talk about the sun with all it's free energy and wind power and we know this yet it does not happen and if it did does anyone think for a second that the mega rich and powerful energy companies will not cash in on this and never release their power grab. We may somehow stop or slow down the effects of the carbon but never reverse it and the cost of energy will continue to rise for the profits.

People want to be entertained and find that next new shiny thing.

One of the greatest ironies I have seen recently is that on the day that Gov. Schwarzenegger told us we were in deep shit on the drought situation, it rained in San Diego. Rain in late May is almost unheard of here.

I got to watch good water run down the storm drains while I was being told I'd have to cut back on usage.

2. In NC they asked everyone to conserve because of the drought.
They did, so well in fact that the municipal water department doesnt have enough revenue so they are raising the rates!

Theres a kick in the groin for you.

8. That's what it seems like.
In fact I don't doubt it at all.

When a politician spends hunreds of millions then talks about how the government spends money it seems a bit hypocritical to me.

Every time I have emailed my rep's and ask about an issue and they give you a topic to select from and none are a topic you need, what you end up with is a form letter and always a donation button. And you end up on their mass emailing list.

I am done with that.

7. Want to "fix" our public schools overnight?
Make it LAW that EVERYONE who draws a paycheck from the government (Fed to Precinct) MUST send their children to the nearest Public School.

They should also be put under the same microscope all workers are , back ground checks and credit checks and drug tests.

It's only fair , they allow these rules, so they should be put through them too.

Beside this if they are in the senate they should not be paid and provide their own health care when running. They are not doing the job they are paid to do , who else can seek another job while keeping the old one and it's right out there?

10. I came here for this next new shiny thing I was promised.
I am so disappointed.

In all seriousness, all the world may be a stage, and we may just be actors, but that doesn't mean we should tolerate a company of sociopaths like the republicans.

I too hope this nightmare ends and that party of criminals is shut down for good.
