4. HD is very complicated..
In fact, high cholesterol is not really the culprit unless it is mixed with other variables. Blood viscosity and how flexible your arteries are determine heart health. Imflammation is the biggest culprit of any disease. A diet high in sugar imflames the whole body, especially the heart.(syndrome X) Diet is very important to fight imflammation. Just a few things I've read.

6. I had both tests one day before my heart attack.
They can be an indicator, but they can also be a false indicator.

8. That happened to my brother-in-law. Luckily, they got him to the hospital in time.
They put in a couple of stents.

He's still alive today.

Obviously, so are you.

Scared to death of HD --

Cordially,
