The Wilsons' Civil Case Just Got Kicked into Overdrive
Edited on Tue Mar-06-07 12:13 PM by CorpGovActivist
If you haven't already signed up for a free PACER account (Public Access to Court Electronic Records), now would be a good time to do so:

http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/court-records.html

http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/ecf.html

The docket for the Wilsons' civil case is probably going to add a large number of new filings within very short order.

You can get the case number off the select filings shown at CREW: http://www.citizensforethics.org/press/newsrelease.php?view=151

Best to all,

- Dave

P.S. In a bit of poetic justice, the precedent set in the Paula Jones civil suit allows the Wilsons to insist on deposing Cheney, Rove, etc.

3. I believe the Wilsons also have a legal defense fund set up
I am sure they could use the donations since their case is now obviously going to get moving in a big way. Does anyone have the link to that site?

10. Does anyone know the name of the Judge that presides over this trial
I agree that it makes the Wilson's civil case aka OJ's criminal trial vs his civil trial , stand a much better chance of finding justice.

The judge could make the difference.

I'm going to book-mark, and save for perusal at a slower rate. Looks to me like the deep end of the pool, or like it might be a little over my head. :hi:
