Just because that may be one of their talking points doesn't mean it should be off-limits. Unless we're all supposed to march forward in lockstep. And I think they're correct in saying outing Plame wasn't a "crime;" it was wrong, sure, and slimy and probably technically violated some laws. But it's not something anyone will be able to make stick in a criminal prosecution.
