Doesn't that just kill you! ...duh...why do you think that Cheney did not testify!!! and in the 9-11 Commission hearings they wouldn't let Condi testify at all....until the public was outraged. Then, after time enough to bring her up to speed, then she was allowed to testify, along with Cheney and Bush - BUT none of them had to testify under oath....Yet Clinton and Gore DID tesify under oath. Grrrrrrr

I don't believe anyone who doesn't already dislike Bush/Cheney will be swayed by a perjury conviction of a person who is not Bush or Cheney. Bush and the corporate media will easily dump all blame on Scooter.

The fact that the prosecution stopped there will be all the proof necessary to declare the Bush admin innocent. The media will sell it and the remaining Bush supporters will buy it.

Watch it happen.
