Isn't this juror poisoning the future jury pool??
He's spilling his guts - wondering why others aren't prosecuted.

Are jurors supposed to be gagged if appeal?

4. Why should the jurors worry about an appeal? Their job is done.
So far as I know, only grand jurors remain bound, and I could be wrong about that.

5. No. Jurors are free to speak to the press or anyone else.

7. He's a wee bit caught up in his own self-importance,
I just hope he doesn't do any damage to future actions.

9. From the Juror Hanbook
http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/juryhandbook.html#After

After the Trial

After the jurors return their verdict and are dismissed by the judge, they are free to go about their normal affairs, although in some districts jurors must check with jury office personnel to see if their service is concluded. They are under no obligation to speak to any person about the case and may refuse all requests for interviews or comments. Nevertheless, the court may enter an order in a specific case that during any such interview, jurors may not give any information with respect to the vote of any other juror.

10. Not a problem.
In fact, this is a good thing. It will help the American public understand what went on.

I do not think it will be a problem in any way in the future. While Team Libby will file a series of appeals, the convictions will stand.

13. Nope. As long as they followed the law they should have nothing to fear.
The jurors speaking out will not affect the verdict or the appeal. They followed the law carefully and strictly, and they fulfilled their civic duty.
