Is it because his words might actually reach the 99.9% of Americans who don't read DU?
The case is DONE - the juror is FREE to SPEAK.
Why not support him/her in seeking the answers being posed about Rove, Cheney & Bush?

2. Because things like this bring out the concern trolls |
|
Whose job it is to sow fear, dissension, and despair in the midst of every Democratic and democratic victory.

3. Your concern about concern trolls is misplaced in this circumstance. |
|
The issue of an appeal being swayed because of jurors talking is a perfectly valid one. "Concern trolls" are trolls whose goal is to confuse and demoralize Democrats before elections, primaries, etc. No amount of discussing a criminal case facing appeal would do a thing to affect the appeal's outcome.

Concern trolls appear at EVERY Dem celebration. Their goal is to spread doubt and despair. Anything that makes us feel hopeless gives them strength. They do not appear solely before elections. It is ALWAYS before elections. At this very minute, we are before the 2008 elections.
