I'm pretty fucking reasonable and I conclude that scooter lied intentionally to obstruct justice, just like bush lied intentionally to get us into war. They are republicans. They lie intentionally. .. aside from making them look incredably bad I think that the issue of a pardon removes his 5th amendment rights to refuse to answer questions due to self incrimination.

I don't think they can afford to pardon him without otherwise silencing him in some way.
