Sorry to ask in GD but would like a little faster reply re: no audio on CNN clips

I get sound fine on youtube and everywhere else but playing CNN clips there's zero audio. Their 'help' page says WMP is required which of course I have and it seems to work properly both audio & a/v from the local drive and from everywhere else on the net except for CNN. All mixer controls are at max, nothing muted. Anybody have a clue?
