The takedown of the PNACers - Divisions within the Bourgeoisie?
It seems to me that the Corporate Powers that choose our government have become split over the PNAC agenda. They were promised control over the world and all they got was disaster. The war profiteers and the murder industries are happy. The oil monopolies sort of happy but worried. But the many others, bankers and non-military transnationals are being driven toward collapse as their ability to extend their reach is being curtailed rather than enhanced.

I see corroboration of this "theory" in the shift in loyalties among Corporate spokespeople like Gergen and the recent willingness of the Mass Corporate Media to actually present some of the truth about the crimes against humanity that the neocons have been committing since the day the Supreme Court gave them control of the US state apparatus.

1. Pat Buchanon was asking about that faked yellowcake evidence tonight.
He thinks Congress should be focused on getting to the bottom of the document forgeries. Pat knows that this will lead back to the neo-cons, although he was more circumspect with his finger pointing...he claimed that we need to know who are foreign enemies are.

2. Buchanan is an outsider in this.
He speaks for/to the xenophobes and a branch of the fundies, but, so far as I can tell, not for the dominant corporate bankers and such except insofar as his agenda serves theirs. The main thing here seems to be that Big Money is pulling back their support. Buchanan seems to have allied himself with them, but, as I see it, his joining in is just opportunism. Maybe he is higher placed than I think, but I don't see him as the kind of insider that Gergen has been.
