4. Palm Beach Post (FL)- - yes
But a little up the coast, the local Scripps garbage paper(s) - The Stuart News (in red Martin County), The Vero Press Journal (red Indian River County), and the Port St. Lucie News (blue St. Lucie, all the same papers with different mastheads - chose to bury it on page 5.

5. Houston Chronicle: "Jury: Libby Lied in CIA Leak Probe"
Pretty big letters--above the fold.

Subtitie: "Ex-Cheney aide faces prison time after conviction on 4 felony counts."

7. Yes, but just barely. The Daily Record is a Gannett newspaper.

It's in a tiny box in the upper right-hand corner, above the banner: "Libby Guilty - Ex-Cheney aide convicted of lying to FBI Agents - Nation, A8." with a small pic.

10. Large headline, above the fold
Right next to a biker "leather and lace" wedding story! Front page headlines during Bike Week are usually just the latest death count, so I was glad to see the headline.
