Just met one of the 12% on another board.

Not a political forum, rather a cartoonist's forum. We were discussing the New Yorker cover, and one of the avowed "Libertarians" in the group (who is so obviously a Bushie it's comical -- he's one of those Bushies who claims he never really liked the guy and has "always" been a Libertarian, though he can't name any Libertarian principles or candidates) told us that like it or not, we have to deal with some "facts," like that Obama was educated in a muslim school and was raised by muslims. This was simply fact, he said, and all us whiners simply couldn't deny it.

So I posted several links to actual "facts" for him. I'm sure he'll claim the liberal media just made 'em all up, though. You know, to support the terrorists and help a radical Muslim win the White House. Y'know. Because liberals are all just Satanic evil-doers who want to bring down the country. Too late, dude. W already did.

When you think about it, some people never (or rarely) post in the three major forums, so it's easy for them to just register and post in a non-political forum and stay hidden for a long time. Eventually, though, their fangs come out.

The good news is their numbers have greatly decreased. The bad news is the ones remaining are delusional. But it is easier and easier to win debates with them. Most don't even bother to post links. LOL

Just got into it this morning with one criticizing Canadian health care. I Googled his claims (of course he posted no link) and found only a right wing blog with Bush's name in the title. No links there either, just a 'my neighbor's cousin's brother in law's' connection.

We have clearly won the blog battle with these idiots. :)
