The House Judiciary Committee's inquiry into detainee interrogation policy continues. Fmr. Defense Undersecretary Douglas Feith, who refused to appear before the Cmte. on June 18, was subpoenaed to testify at today's hearing.

Also of note, Nadler said admin officials committed criminal acts and should be prosecuted. Someone asked why not impeach and he said with only 6 months left there isn't time. Also was asked about pardons but his answer was confusing. Later someone said to me, if they are not accused of crimes before 1/20/09, Shrub can't pardon them.
