been for nuclear tech and the price of oil drops.
I find that really interesting.
I have always been part of the group that really didn't believe in the whole, "speculation is the reason why oil is high", but now I am having second thoughts. I find a 9 dollar drop on morons* words to be quite suspect.

the other part is the drop in value of the dollar. Commodities speculation has no regulations like it once had. (Enron loophole)
