New Web Site: Require Candidates and Members of Congress to Wear Stun Bracelets!
Remember those news stories from last week floating the idea of requiring airline passengers to wear stun bracelets? Well, someone's come up with a far better use for the technology...

They Need It; We Don't

... How about if when someone is running for Congress they have to agree to wear a EMD Safety Bracelet, giving to each of their constituents the means to let them know when they are unhappy with the way they vote or who they are junketing with? ...
Now this is congressional reform I could believe in!

3. It would pretty-much immobilize Washington.
Most of them would be in a perpetual state of twitching on the ground, drooling, and soiling themselves.

Much like now, but perhaps more entertaining.

4. And an immobile washington might not be such a bad thing...
... at least until we replace Speaker Nancy and Leader Harry with leaders who take removing criminals from office seriously.
