Referring to oil, he said we were in a transitional period. The end of the age of oil. He said they knew it was coming. Then why have they denied it? And why did they lie about the reason for Iraq? Now we know what Cheney's energy conference was about.

1. IMFO, the little jerk's trying to jack up the prices for his keepers at Exxon. |
|
Sure, we'll always be running out of oil.
The thing is, it's worth a lot more when it's going for $145 a barrel.

2. Just like the reasons for war, they use what ever excuse it takes |
|
to justify their agenda. Today they needed to confirm "Peak Oil" to chastise Congress in an effort to get them to follow along with the destruction of Americas pristine coast lines.
More lies and more criminal actions against the people and the environment.

3. Yep, the only solution to peak oil is drill, drill, drill. |

Someone actually had the audacity to ask about conservation.

4. they knew it was coming, and they've been salivating over the prospective profits to be made... |
|
had alternatives gotten the foothold jimmy carter tried to give them, the peak may not have happened as quickly and prices/profits wouldn't have spiked as sharply.
