Buried in the bottom drawer of Conyers' file cabinet? The one labeled "no action required."

Just yesterday he was shuckin' and jivin' at a Veterans for Peace conference, saying he hadn't decided whether to hold impeachment hearings yet, but was much optimism in the room.

So today he's back jerking everybody's chain, being a wise ass about a defining issue in American history, and removing himself from the short list of those who could have made a difference.

What a poor excuse for a legislator, particularly one who has the power to bring the Bushies more trouble and misery than they ever thought possible.

He's probably still considering inherent contempt for KKKarl, too. Not content to let the Bushies flip him off just a couple hundred times, he's going for the all time record in personal humiliation and self-abasement. Somebody call Guinness.
